I'm the landlord of 199 Clinton Ave jersey city. It is almost every Wednesday, the sanitation truck doesn't pick up the trash bags in front of my family house while it consistently pick the trash bags in buildings next to me. I have a surveillance cameras that can prove this. I really appreciate if you can take care of this issue. Thank you
