Stop sign is needed while heading east on Mavis that dead ends into Vivienda Ave. Traffic heading east on Mavis does not stop to allow North/South traffic due to no stop sign. Impossible to see oncoming traffic before turning unless a stop is made to look both ways. High probability of accident occurrence for those not familiar with the streets, and especially dangerous with out of town travelers trying to find a way around freeway closure traffic. **Second request as NOTHING has been done by city in over two weeks time, and will continue posting additional issues until problem is properly addressed and resolved in a TIMELY manner**
