    A public trash bin was knocked over last night, at the corner of Highland and Prospect, either by a car or by Halloween vandals. It's too heavy for someone to pick up. Please send someone to pick up and fix.

    In 2019-20 the City of New Haven started a project to replace old sidewalks on Prospect and Highland Streets bordering on the Prospect Garden Condo Association Property (564-600 Prospect St.). Work on the Highland St. side was completed (Thank you). Work on the Prospect St. side was suspended due to the COVID pandemic. The uneven sidewalk on Prospect St. is a hazard to pedestrians. Please complete the project and replace the relevant sidewalk.
