Since a lot of anonymous people are reporting abandon vehicles, I thought I add one to the list. It's been there for years and is a bit of an eyesore to the City.

I realize the City has recently done pothole repair on North Topeka Blvd., as I see evidence of that fact and I Thank You for that. However, since the 3 day rain storm we had, a new crop of potholes have emerged. Street Maintenance needs to cover potholes from the North starting from the Soldier Township Boundary Line (Menninger Rd.) to Lyman Road. There a multitude of potholes and too many to count. I lost count at 20. This is in both North and Southbound lanes. Special attention should also be given where the old median was once was. I would have provide photos but again there are too many on the stretch of the Blvd.

Decorative Seal/plaque above ground level about 1.5 - 2 inches creating a tripping hazard for the general public. Might not be bad idea to check the others downtown as I didn't check them all.

This is a General Code Enforcement question. Are portable basketball goals allowed on city streets, specifically in residential areas? I have seen several in the streets that could cause traffic problems. I know some small cities allow them but I don't know what Topeka's City Code allows on this subject.

All 5 of the Recycle bin are filled to capacity and need to be sent to the Recycling Center. I was unable to deposit my plastic and cardboard along with 6 other Shawnee County residents who were also wanting to make a drop off. I had to drive 14.1 miles to 3101 SW Urish Rd to make to drop off. The drop off location at Urish Rd was about 3/4 full but at least I was able to make my drop off there. I don't how often the pickup is done on 46st, but it needs be be more frequent that it is now.

Big Phil's Used Auto Sales is again parking their excess Used Cars in a "No Parking Zone", in addition to parking their vehicles on the Public Easement. Apparently, the 1st warning did not take hold. The Police need to take action and patrol this area daily. As evidence by this photo, there are 3 cars in the "No Parking Zone. This creates a motorist hazard because vehicle traveling Eastward on 32nd Terrace must take up additional street room and makes it difficult for cars turning off Kansas Blvd. onto 32nd Terrace. Will add the 2 other photos that shows that they are also parking Used Vehicles on the Public Easement. Pedestrians must walk in the street to get around these vehicles. This is an unsafe hazard for both motorists and pedestrians.

Sidewalk crossing bridge over stream at this location is covered with weeds. Unable to walk through this area without walking in the street Major safety hazard for pedestrians ..

This used car dealer consistently parks his car(s) (1-6 cars) in the "No Parking Any Time" Area and on the public easement blocking pedestrian traffic. Pedestrians must walk in street in order traverse the area.

There are at least 2 dozen Walmart Shopping carts at this location. This location does not have an actual address, however they are located traveling South on S Kansas Blvd. past 37th Street. There are 3 paved dead end driveways and they are located in the 3rd driveway. Another location bearing is they are directly behind the Relax Inn Hotel. They most likely belong to the Walmart on Topeka Blvd.
