    the trash truck or recycle pickup vehicle dumped fuel throughout the Cypress Point N neighborhood yesterday. A double line extends off Wesleuan, down Heatherwood around corner to Backwoods and back the same direction. easily 3 miles of liquid spilled on roadway. Toxic smell.
