All four corners of 3rd Avenue South and 40th Street South need to be brought up to ADA compliance. Several neighbors are disabled and cannot use the sidewalks.
Noncompliance is prevalent in this area. It is a matter that should addressed.

Need sign somewhere on this corner showing street or avenue name & number. There's nothing to tell you what corner you are on.

None of the sidewalks on corner of 41st St S & 3rd Ave S are handicap accessible. Just up the road on 1st Ave S city has spent gazillion dollars for the Sunrunner bus & made all stops handicap accessible but how is anyone supposed to use the Sunrunner if they can't get to it. A few neighbor's houses have ramps. Shouldn't these ppl also have the pleasure of going down the street on a sidewalk that they can use? Two house on block have ramps going to their houses as example.

This was reported in October. Someone (?) came & dumped some gravel on the pothole thinking that would solve the problem, but it didn't. There are actually THREE potholes on this block of various shapes & sizes.

The drain seems to be clogged water sitting there & backing up along curbside.

I submitted this request on March 1st (see picture, which is my original request) & was told: 1. that it was a codes compliance issue & 2. that whoever it was had spoken to dock workers & they expected to have it removed by the end of next week from the date of my original request, which would have been around March 11th. It is now April 26th and the lift that was part of the old dock is still in the water.

This sign has been on 4th St N between 9th & 10th Avenues for so long that not only does it have graffiti on it but it has grown roots.

They're back! Campers/converted vans still spending night in North Shore pool parking lot. They disappeared for a few days but they have returned. This has been reported several times, referred to parks dept and police and then closed. This merits more than just a hand-off, this is an on-going issue that needs to be addressed continuously.

This is on sidewalk in North Shore Park along the water and corresponds to the 1530 North Shore Dr NE address. The sidewalk is spray painted w/ vulgar graffiti and kids can easily see this.

This was submitted before and still has not been addressed. Water still accumulating on the sidewalk and has no where to drain.

Sand from TS Eta has not been swept back. It's been two months! And water is and has been puddled on sidewalk since cold front storm before Christmas.

Cigarette disposal at Vinoy Park just south of North Shore pool along the water is stuffed causing smokers to flick cigarette butts to the ground. Area around the benches is disgusting!

That's a partial picture of the scrapes, cuts and bloody mess that happened when I tripped on a cracked corner of sidewalk right in front of the gated ferry dock entrance. I have a picture of the sidewalk but this stupid app only allows one picture. And I wanted to make sure you saw the physical harm caused to me.

Watering the sidewalks @ 7:30 am. Is there not a better time to water sidewalks than when they are so heavily utilized by runners, walkers, dog-owners, etc. I too would love to see the sidewalks flourish since we don't have enough of them but perhaps you can consider watering them at a better time of day (night).

Fire hydrant right in middle of sidewalk. Impassible by wheelchair. We saw a gentleman in wheelchair who had to go into street to get around hydrant.
