    According to the meter attendant at 9:45am today, it is perfectly legal.

    The car parked so close to the car behind it that the car behind could not get out of the space and required the car behind them to also move.

    Can an HC placard car park anywhere it likes without regard to other vehicles or marked spots?

    Trash bin at the Salem Housing Authority building blocking the sidewalk and the same trash bag (now torn open) has been there for 4 months.

    What does one have to do here folks to get this rectified?
