In my neighborhood in Cambridgeport, most tree wells are overgrown and unmaintained with weeds sprouting as thick mats between the bricks. On the other hand, in Harvard square and other affluent areas, weeds appear to be removed on a regular basis.

If in fact both neighborhoods receive equal treatment, I still would like to know why the streets in Cambridge are left looking so neglected.
