There a portion of the sidewalk that is unstable moves when you step on it. The gap in the side wall could fit a foot and is a hazard to walk on.

Cars speed through this stop sign regularly and it's not obvious that there is a stop sign. Road marking should mark where cars should stop if a pedestrian in crossing.
I also had to yield to a car that ran that stop sign nearly hitting mine (the person appear to mistake it for an all way stop). As is this intersection is dangerous to pedestrians and other vehicles
