    The area behind & around the guardrail on the cul-de-sac (which the town is responsible to maintain) hasn't been maintained for the last 2 yrs.! There is a large accumulation of leaves & branches on top of overgrown weeds. This area needs to be cleaned up AND maintained on a regular basis!
