    The blue trash can has been in front yard for weeks. The white trash bags of yard debris were placed in yard (not at curb for pickup) yesterday 11/20, and if put at curb still wouldn't get picked up until Thurs Nov 27.

    Yard is never mowed, so lawn is just full of weeds which are currently 2ft or higher in much of yard. sidewalk cracks are full of tall weeds. Trees have large dead branches dangling and need trimmed where hang over sidewalk too. Backyard seen through broken fence is overgrown also. This was a consistent problem last summer too.
