Just about every day, a teenager or two or three drive their small dirtbike the wrong way up one-way Elm Street and turn onto Philip Street (the right way, thankfully). They go too fast to call the police in the moment, but it definitely happens every day, sometimes multiple times a day. I know APD is busy, but I wish someone could dissuade this behavior, and stop it completely.
