    Road Construction crew tends to leave fencing across sidewalk daily. At night if a child was riding a bike it could be serious. Please correct this hazard and ask the crews to do better.

    City vehicle license plate AAT364 almost backed in to me full force on Lakeside Avenue. I was driving behind it, when it stopped just past Conger Ave. Then it proceeded to back up. I just happened to see the backup lights come on and just got my car In reverse before he slammed in to me. No accident, this time but the driver needs a reprimand. I think it’s a recycle vehicle.

    This fencing from road work is on the sidewalk. While I could walk around it this morning, if someone was biking down the sidewalk at night (like they do), this is an accident waiting to happen. Please move off sidewalk today. Thank you.

    I noticed on my walk this morning that there were signs posted at Oakledge & Blodgett’s beaches. I then looked at the public beach near our place, at the West end of Wright Avenue and saw no warning posts of the potential water hazard. Was this an oversight?

    11 Murray has a lot of furniture outside. Additionally, they have FILLED the dumpster across Murray. In the dumpster located behind 45-50 Peru. We identified mail in our dumpster with name and address at 11 Murray.

    This was 1-2 houses down Maple earlier today. Someone brought it in front of 200 Maple.
    We photographed every 6/1 turnover unit last week and It doesn’t not match any of the pieces in those units. If it did, I would deal with it immediately myself.

    Tenant reported this was in front of 89-93 Peru. I asked all occupants and looked photos of each unit furnished and this isn’t not from any in the building where it sits. Though nobody saw the culprit this time.

    Saturday evening the curb was empty. Sunday morning someone had dumped 3 tires on the corner of Peru & Murray near the building I manage on that corner. They are not from tenants of 46-50 Peru.
