Freshly resurfaced bike trail has dangerous bump from sloppy contractor work. Located just west of the end of the fence along the creek. I also noticed several piles of asphalt left off to side of the trail west of this location.

Garbage and construction debris on trail and in open space from adjacent Black Pine community construction.

Debris dam in Willow Creek adjacent to trail and subdivision is diverting water into retaining wall and may undercut wall. Also flood risk to subdivision.

Water leaking from sprinklers or overwatering. This is not the location reported earlier.
