Car has been sitting for months with flat tire in front of school

last night, around 9:30, an individual broke through the back gate into UB and checked out all the cars in our back parking lot. He made his way down the line and landed on our older school van. The running theory is he was noting which cars were alarmed. He broke into the van and stole the radio. The most unnerving part of this was how long he was back there. He was in our lot for more than a half hour and did a lot of hanging. This also happened at a time of night when the building is still active. We have dorm students, older tenants, faculty members and their families any of whom could have gone out back to throw away garbage, walk a dog, etc. We are very concerned about the safety of kids and tenants. Please patrol more regularly in the South End
