    There have always been bumps and small potholes towards the Winter Street end of Rathbun Road, but the most recent storm really tore up the road. There are many potholes, specifically two huge ones - very wide and close to a foot deep, that are in the middle of the road. The road is so narrow anyway that you can’t really avoid them. I go under 5mph and always worry I’m still going to blow a tire.
