Homeless man has taken up residence and acquiring debris and blocking sidewalks making it unsafe for children at play and pedestrians trying to pass

This illegal homeless situation is a menace to society. It’s contributing to the spread of disease, fire and a lower quality of life for children and tax payers. People dumping harmful debris and halting civilian foot traffic. Children and animals at risk. This Has to stop. It’s illegal! I’ve watched homeless painting their sheds and cutting down trees in an entitled effort. This is public space and should be respected as such. When a homeless person can fly an American flag they are capable of filling out a job application and moving on with their life.

After more than a year, this issue has never been addressed, continues to fester out of control and now the rodents have infested our home and Terminix wants us to pay $3800.00 to have our attic sterilized and new insulation put down from the alive and dead rodents that continue to infiltrate our home from this "debris den" against our property. I have spoken to the 2 men that work for the landlord and they said it was the tenants responsibility to clear this. This is my second post in 391 days with an updated photograph. Absolutely zero response from city officials. Lots of taxes and voting and attending jury duty and zero help in return, not even a response.
