    Box seems to be in extreme disrepair, painted with graffiti, and (possibly?) been hit by a car. This was first reported in three years ago ( # 7014122), was confirmed by the city, and assigned to the Tukwila Publics Work Department for repair in Nov 2019 but never acted upon.

This situation has been reported before (issues #5630605 & # 6899283) and each time some trash gets removed but it is never completely cleaned up, which then just attracts more trash. The entire property needs a thorough sweep for garbage.
