    There appears to be a large bump forming in our cul-de-sac. Radiating from the large bump is a crack in the asphalt going across the street to the sidewalk.     There is a small neighborhood park in the Greatwood neighborhood in Windward. In that park is a broken cable box with it's wires exposed. It is a Bellsouth cable box. I am having problems reaching the right people to get this box repaired/replaced/removed. Can anyone help me resolve this? It is located in the park opposite 6040 Greatwood Terrace. Thank you.
