Utility pole has been sitting here for years and needs to be removed

Utility pole needs to be removed. It's sitting on the sidewalk.

Sidewalk needs cleaning. The entire block is covered in mud and debris.

Sidewalk is damaged. This needs to be repaired for anyone in a wheelchair or disabled.

Trash can completely destroyed by driver. Debris needs to be cleaned up and sidewalk may need repair.

The bike lanes need serious repair from Fulton to Airline in both directions

There is debris from a car crash in the streett

Again this truck is parked on the sidewalk. Next time I'm calling the tow truck company myself.

The fence is on the ground. Pedestrians are having to walk around the fence and in to the street. No construction is happening on this block. I was told that on the last 311 I reported yesterday about this issue. This block has no permits for construction of any kind. I don't care who is responsible, the fence needs to be picked up.

The fence is knocked down. I've seen a few pedestrians having trouble walking around this.

At some point the city has to start enforcing the sidewalk ordinance. The sidewalks in front of Chacho's are in horrible shape. We have visitors trying to walk and all they see are dirty sidewalks with ponding and debris everywhere.

The bike lane barrier needs to be fixed

I'm not sure what this stuff is but every time I walk past Phoenix it smells horrible

Sign in the median looks like it was cut or hit. It's on the pedestrian island where bikes can pass through.

The sidewalk needs to be swept up. Debris is building up where plenty of people walk.
