    Lord Nelson Dr. is used as a cut thru for Kempsville High School, Kempsville Elementary School and both Rock Churches. We have speeding traffic coming down 6 days a week with no side walk or side yard to protect walkers and bikers.

    What do I need to do to get a speed table placed in the road permanently? Lord Dunmore Dr., a close street to this one recently got one which solved the issue. Thank you!!
