    Noise Complaint yet again. They were quiet for 5 days, I knew it was too good to be true. Same house lower unit white car old Toyota Corolla. BLASTING MUSIC FROM THEIR SPEAKERS. I want you to understand just how loud this is. they're across the street, through my new windows back of my house. past a living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen and I can hear the words of the song. Illegal decibel noise. Please ticket them. This is a quiet block. I pay taxes I’m allowed quiet enjoyment it is the law!!! ..,.....

    Noise complaint again. 830 52nd Avenue lower unit, green house Oakland 94601. Crappy old white Toyota Corolla. The bass in his car rattles my windows and wakes my children I've asked him REPEATEDLY NOT to bump the bass on the street but he does again and again and again And then again some more. What will it take to get a cop out here to write him a ticket? File a report Will it take me asking him again and then me getting shot in the face? I almost wonder if it’s worth it. This is maddening . Do something anybody!

    Noise Complaint. The folks who live in the downstairs unit are a constant problem on our block. Unfortunately, I'm the only one who says anything. Here we are again today... trying to enjoy a Saturday afternoon and I'm disrupted by their noise. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO QUIET ENJOYMENT AT MY OWN HOME. They are a nuisance and they are disrespectful. Help...

    Noise Complaint. Again... Wondering how many I'll need to post before someone says something... I bet its over 50???

    White older Toyota Corolla 4 door, you can see it in this picture I posted at 830 52nd Avenue, Oakland. Extra loud bass and speakers all hours of the day... started this morning at 7:20a still going on. My children cannot sleep. I've asked him repeatedly to turn it down when he's on the block, but to no avail. I'm worried if I ask again I might get stabbed or shot. Lovely! Would love some help here. This happens every day, multiple hours a day.

    Two MASSIVE potholes on San Leandro Street inbetween 51st and 52nd AVENUE. They are both really bad and getting worse everyday. A week ago I popped my tired because of this pothole and there was an accident because of it yesterday. Its really bag, quite deep. I'd say 10 inches deep. It grows everyday when people drive over it and take more asphault away. Please help. ***And don't forget San Leandro Street is East Oakland's freeway. People go 50-60 miles an hour on this road so if they take this pothole wrong then it can cause a serious injury maybe even death.

    AGAIN, A NOISE COMPLAINT. 830 52nd Avenue, Oakland. Loud music coming from their home EVERY DAY. It is driving myself and my other neighbors crazy. They have a speaker at their front door pointed at my house. It is higher than the legal decible limit. It is everyday, it is annoying. Can someone please help???     Every day multiple times a day this person rolls by and parks outside this house for about 30 minutes BLASTING THEIR MUSIC. Everyday. I have babies sleeping. AND NOW THE ONLY AVENUE TO REPORT THIS VIA THE OAKLAND NON-emergency line is now gone. GOD. this city. It is no wonder people are dying in the streets here. It is LAWLESS. I'm so sick of having to report these types of complaints I should be able to be at home and have peace & quiet. Any sort of response would be great. it is an old beat up White Toyota Corolla. This is the same gentleman that I've seen pull a knife on someone who lives at 830 52nd Avenue's boyfriend. Fun fact: the cops didn't come when I called 911 that time either. Morning/ day light. yay! Knife fight. ...........

    Illegally dumped trash & debris. The tenants at 806 52nd Avenue are dumping here. I saw them do this Wednesday They refuse to pay for trash service so they dump their junk and house garbage here once a week if there is no space in the neighbors bins. .

    Large pothole developing again outside our house; 821 52nd Avenue They filled this in 2020 but it's come undone again. It's obvious we need new asphalt. the patching just crumbles. but if you can’t afford to repave the whole street. I'd love another patch. It's filling with water. .......

    Illegally dumped garbage by the tenants at 806 52nd Avenue It is known to all neighbors that they refuse to pay their garbage bill so they dump their garbage in the neighbors cans AND when those are full they illegally dump on each corner of 52nd Avenue and E. 8th Street. Nice. We've tried talking you them about it but they don't care. I saw them placing this junk on the corner about 6 days ago and still it sits. Super awesome neighbors! o.

    Just as you removed some toxic barrels a street down another dumper dropped off more, this time right next to the railroad tracks Yay!!! Beautiful Oakland do they not know about the FREE hazardous waste dump. ugh people are so dumb!!! Please help, the barrels look empty BUT the F faces also left countless cans of paint, lacquer thinner, oh my!!! All the goodies are there. we are the rest of the city's personal garbage dump ........
