    New sign added taking away 2 precious parking spots in this area. No reason as there is plenty of turn clearance to turn southbound on to 1st St S. As long as parking restrictions are enforced along 1st St S.

    Curbs are compressed below street level causing dirt to spill out into street and down into waterway. Also these 2 "no parking" signs are obsolete. Do you see the size of these trees? There is no reason that a private business should be able to have parking restricted on the street when they say they need that area to have a crane go into their parking lot. 1 time in the 5 years I've lived here did Duke have a crane enter that lot. But common sense says with these trees here there is no possible physical way a vehicle can make a turn needed these 2 parking spaces. Sorry that is NOT an excuse any longer.

    New sidewall was put in and stopped at alley. Brick pavers underneath overgrowth of grass and dirt. Not asking for entire alley to be cleaned just the entrance ramp so we can walk across with out getting muddy when it rains.

    No parking signs along 13th Ave S. Between Duke Powerplant entrance westward towards 2nd St. S. Are not required and are in wrong locations. No parking zone next to entrance to parking lot is only needed once per year maybe when they bring in heavy crane for mx. No parking zone across from truck unloading zone is too far East to protect vehicles. Just look at the turn radius of the trucks exiting and you will see that no parking zone is not needed and never used by Duke. We need more parking in this area.
