    summer is not here yet & look at what we look forward to, no respect or concern for anyone, taxes and home insurance went up almost 50% & the city can't seem to get a handle on this, every year seems to get worse, im sick of reporting this, if anyone has any suggestions on how to resolve this please feel free to pass it along
