Tree is dead. Bark is peeling. Limbs are falling. public safety is at risk.

Please remove dead tree.
Replace with one that doesn’t grow large due to the narrow space between the road and sidewalk.

Most streets and intersections throughout Oakland Mills are covered with several months of tree debris: leaves, seeds, sticks, branches. A thorough sweeping all streets should be accomplished before any heavt winter snow falls. street medians need extra attention as street sweepers usually skip these areas.

roadway and sidewalks are covered with leaves and seeds that are a walking safety hazard and are blocking the drain grates for the storm drains from the roadways. Please rectify before next rainfall to avoid road flooding.

The rain waters are not draining from my yard nor the neighbor’s, which has a lower elevation and is adjacent to the storm drainage culvert. It appears to me that the soil maybe oversaturated not only because of the rain, but there may be also some house sewage leaking into the ground and it is all collecting in the neighbor’s backyard, restricting the flow of rain water into the ground and or culvert.

Weeds growing through cracks on traffic islands at intersection of Thunder Hill Rd and MD-175. Sign post rotting. Paint on concrete. Please kill weeds and apply joint sealant to prevent them from coming pack. Apply two coats of epoxy seal to concrete on all islands. Replace wooden sign posts with round metal posts painted dark brown. Metal posts will prevent people from stapling fliers, and the posts will not crack or bend unless struck by a vehicle.

The road was not swept just prior to line painting. So the lines were painted over tree debris in the road and the result is a splotchy mess.

Sidewalk damaged by tree. remove tree and repair sidewalk.

Tree roots of very large tree is pushing up sidewalk. Recommend replacing tree with smaller variety and replacing section of sidewalk.

Debris from country trees on side of road about to be washed into storm drain, and makes sidewalk unwalkable and bike path unusable.
