Diseased tree from Knight park fell on our property tearing down our rear fence and cracking retaining wall behind our property which holds our back yard in place. City has claimed ownership, and removed overhanging limbs from our property but tree needs to be removed to @#$% full damage. The parks dept has not been willing to remove yet. Stating that manned teams must remove overgrowth before being able to access the tree to remove. We believe that because of damage to our property they should escalate the work and remove the tree imminently. However as it stands it has been months and no date has been set for removal
