There are vehicles parking on the corner of Winnebago Way and N Willowgreen Ct in our yard every night after 10:00 pm. These people live in a rental to the north on Winnebago Way.
This has been going on for over a month and they will not stop and are starting to make severe tracks in our yard and the neighbors. They are now parking a vehicle on both sides of the street in the same place so it is extremely difficult for a car to pass through. There are no curbs on that street and our property line is only a few feet from the street According to ordinance 9-10-1 section H it is illegal to park on either side of this street. .

3 vehicles sitting for over a year! Non running and no valid tags. House was white tagged and there has been someone living there all winter plus they recently removed the door that has the white tag on it. The door is laying in the front yard.

8 bags of garbage stacked by back door over the last 10 days. 6 more bags of garbage in lawn by garage been there over 3 weeks. 8 more bags of garbage in edge of alley been there over a month. Crows, squirrels and other strays have been in it and bags are ripped open with garbage flying all over the neighborhood On going problem every month. .

Busted up cabinet in parking area for over 2 weeks. Has screws and nails sticking up out of it.

Non licensed trailer full of junk and trash parked in road for a week

Non running truck with 2 flat tires been sitting on street for a week.

Truck still on roadway. Still doesn’t run. Pushes it back and forth in front of the property when the tires get chalked. Been in the road not running for over 3 weeks.

Truck not working been parked on road for over 3 weeks same spot. Also, trash and appliances in front yard.

Stove and fridge sitting on curb area for over a week.

Multiple fridges outside of house with doors still attached. Other various interior items laying all over the lawn. Trash all over back yard and in open garage. Dumping several snowmobiles in back yard. This has been like this for over a month.

Multiple garbage bags and trash on the side of the house for several weeks. Animals have been getting into it and it smells.

Christmas tree on the curb for 3 months.

How many bags of garbage can you stack in your back yard over a months time? Last count was 18 and adding more every week. Bringing animals into the area. It is ridiculous.

6 bags of garbage by front step for over a week getting larger. Pile of tree limbs on parking area for over 2 months!

Tree branches covering the sidewalk for several weeks

All of this rubbish was in the back yard for months now moved to the street blocking the sidewalk

Grass over 2 feet high in front. Garbage all over in the rear.
