    your smoking ordinance requires signs at each entrance to multi unit homes and businesses but there aren't any. why? please require compliance! please send noticed to all businesses and multi unit homes.
    even after I've requested code enforcement to require my landlord install signs at my multiunit home is been 2 months of non compliance.
    when i lived in Brisbane and san carlos 2016-2018 the landlord immediately installed signs after code enforcement notified.
    since moving here 11/30/18 I've gotten bronchitis that i haven't had in 10 years. it's so depressing to go out for a walk knowing I'll see smokers and copious cigarette butts everywhere. and when i inform people of the law they ignore or are verbally abusive. when i report to police they don't arrive in time. once though an officer was on for and i pointed out an active smoker and officer was reluctant to approach him but i insisted. after he was done talking to smoker i asked the officer if he gave a ticket and he said no.

    SW corner miller /linden pedestrian button doesn't light up or beep when pressed. check all buttons around town for same problem. ideally replace with 3" buttons that can be pushed with elbow. the tiny buttons are full of germs and hard to push

    parking lot 1. please cite black car for parking on line.

    photos show black car parked too far to left. i pulled in with white car. my left tires are against curb. there were no other parking spots. i live here and pay for permit. Driver of black car will not be able to enter their car through driver side and might in anger damage my car.
    please have police regularly patrol lots and give tickets to cars not parked in their lines causing such stress.

    parking lot 1 lanes are TOO NARROW!
    Please repaint with at least 1' more width, preferably 2'.
    it is CRUEL to have such narrow lanes when they're is such limited parking.
    I'm arrears having to crawl out or in my passenger door to get in or out I'm always worried about my car being damaged by vehicle or passengers.
    please fix now!

    can we please get more of these signs all over Grand and all prohibited smoking areas? (all parking lots and side streets off Grand). you have these signs up at city hall and library at areas where no one even sees them.
    please put them all over town to educate the public. no one even knows of the ordinance and it was passed 2 years ago
