    The traffic signal at Marshalee and Avalon is giving a long green light to the traffic exiting the shipping center even when there are no vehicles present. Probably related, it also sometimes skips a green light for traffic on Avalon.

    It is ridiculous that Rockburn Park is still officially closing and cars are getting locked in at 5pm. It stays light until almost 7:30pm and the attractions, trails, disc golf course, etc. are in use until dusk. Please please please change the sign back to closes at dusk and adjust the actual closing and gate locking accordingly.

    The curbs by the crosswalks on the Avalon Dr side of this intersection are extremely dangerous to cars and pedestrians. I had to have $800 in repairs after clipping the sharp edge of the curb making a right turn. I am not the only one judging by the condition of the curbs. The last photo shows the much safer curb construction (tapered) that nearly every other intersection uses. Please reconstruct these curbs to be tapered and safe.

    This section of MD 103 was recently paved. The temporary paint shows that it will be lined with two lanes eastbound/southbound from Brampton Partway to MD 104. Noooooooo! This section should be lined with bike lanes in both directions and only one east bound lane. With the center turn lane, this would be so much safer. please consider this for the safety of everyone. MD 103 is heavily used by bicycles.

    There are four places on the sidewalk between 5936 and 5956 Avalon Drive in Elkridge where the sidewalk has been raised by roots to the point that it is dangerous for pedestrians and scooters. The ledges formed are 1" on two sections, 2" on a third section, and almost 3" on the fourth section.
