    A large section from a tree that is in front of the house *across the street* (18 Philip Street) from my house (17 Philip Street) fell late on Wednesday, March 7th into the street; Later that evening someone showed up to cut up the tree and left most of it on my front lawn. The large portions of these branches, ETC. are completely blocking the sidewalk; Pedestrians are walking into the street to get around these branches/tree trunk portions, which is putting them in danger.
