    On April 9th I discovered the body of a doe in the creek in the woods... it appeared that she had gone over the edge and broke her neck, at a fairly recent time. I didn't think anything of it, with scavengers and such coming through. Yesterday though I saw she had drifted downstream a bit, and was now bloated. No animal damage appears to have happened, and where she is now is in view of the path. I wasn't certain if there was contamination issue to be concerned with, and anywhere else I would just let nature take its course, but thought I better let someone know. She is in the creek on the south side of the gravel path, maybe 200' from the gravel parking lot at the bottom of the hill into Emma MCL park.     Rob Graves (641-891-5446) called to report turf damage by the drainage ditch behind this address from tree work completed by Pitts Tree Service last fall. He reported deep tire tracks in the grass near the ditch from trucks turning around that have not been filled or reseeded and would cause problems for lawnmowers.

    Since 123 E 9th St was sold in 2023, its guests and/or residents frequently park on the south side of E 9th St in a way that blocks the driveways of two properties on the south side of E 9th St.

    I called the city non-emergency line to report this particular issue but while I was on the phone with them, the driver of this vehicle left.

    I'm still reporting this because it's a repeated issue not only with this car but with multiple trucks and SUVs often parked in this location.
