Street paving crews did a number to the street sign on Monday, July 8th. The base of the post was also damaged, needs replacing too.

Lawn Cutting - Half of the park was cut last Friday. The remainder of the park remains uncut. It has been five days since the first half was cut. Will the remainder be cut soon? Things look really silly with half the park cut in certain areas only. Thank you.

It appears that the city will be adding a new tree in front of our home. We are excited for this to happen because the last tree that was planted here (5-6 years ago) died after one season. We are concerned that the apparent placement of the new tree (as identified by the green stake in the ground) is poorly placed and does not consider the unusual angle of our driveway.

The location of the green stake has us very concerned and we would like to request a different location be made for where the tree will be planted. 1) the stake is placed exactly where the former ash tree was located. Is it good to plant a tree in the same spot so soon? 2) The old tree was a problem for guests who visited our home in the past. The original driveway to our home was built on an angle and remains that way. When guests pull out of our driveway, they almost always back up straight, which puts them on the grass and potentially into this new tree location. (see attached photo)

I would like to ask that the surveyor who put the green stake in the ground come back and consider moving the tree south of the gas line input (or whatever the yellow flag it for). There is still plenty of room for the tree to grow, and it is not in danger of being hit by cars backing out of our driveway.

There appears to be a break in the inlet located next to the street light on the south side of Wynnstone Dr. Starting where the driveway and sidewalk meet, there is a large hole that is growing in size. The sidewalk is now showing signs of leaning inward as a result. I believe this is only going to get worse as the rainy spring weather kicks in. The hole has been evident since mid-January.

There is a red commercial pick-up truck that has been parked on the street since October that has not been moved since the owners left for their winter home. This is an on-going issue year after year. Requesting that the car be moved before the next snow storm so the plows can clear this busy neighborhood road.
