The traffic signal at 82nd Avenue and MacArthur sometimes seems to get stuck on Red for buses and cars heading East, towards Golf Links Road. Three times I have seen people hop off a bus, run to the signal and press the Walk button to force a Green light to come after waiting for too long for the Red light to change. Traffic moving other direction sometimes gets 2-3 Green lights before the East bound direction gets a Green.

Dumped mattress on side of Golf Links Road between Elysian Fields and Scotia

I am an Adopt-a-Drain volunteer. The storm drain near 11235 Golf Links Road, about two blocks from the Lake Chabot Golf Course is blocked by tree debris. I reported this in November 2018 and the city said it had closed the issue, but the drain is still plugged.

I am an Oakland Adopt-a-Drain volunteer. Today while cleaning a storm drain I noticed it is filled with leaves and debris. The drain is on the west side of Golf Links Road about a block from the golf course. I cleared the top of the drain and water is going down, but there is a pile of tree litter down inside the drain.

I am an Adopt-a-Drain volunteer. There is a storm drain near the front entrance of Grass Valley Elementary School that is plugged up with water. It is in the sidewalk very closet to the front door of the school on Dunkirk Avenue.

Material dumped on east side of Pinehurst Road

About five mattresses dumped at a turn-out on Redwood Road, near road marker 3.30, north of Bort Meadow and south of Pinehurst.

The sewage smell has returned to the north side of Golf Links road in the woods above Elysian Fields and below Scotia. There is a sewer line in the area near the creek that got backed up earlier this year and got pumped out. Please check the sewer line. I think it is leaking into Arroyo Viejo Creek.

The center line of the road has been almost erased at the point where Grass Valley Road meets Skyline Boulevard. Please repaint the center line so drivers will be guided to stay on their side of the road.
