    The Bulk tractor and front-end loader / scoop are damaging the sidewalks, curbs, and home water main covers throughout our subdivision with every monthly pick up. Just walk down any sidewalk and you can see the permanent scrapes and chips on the sidewalks in front of all our homes. Even when trash is left out in neat garbage bags the tractor with front end loader runs up on sidewalks, scrapes them up and leaves permanent damage. This is careless, and It is destroying appearances and value.

    Due to school Parry HS kids parking all over the place and speeding before and after school, our Subdivision HOA installed “NO PARKING on SCHOOL DAYS 7 am to noon”.
    It worked great for a year or so, but now the kids are coming back. For instance, there is a Range Rover with “disable” plates parking every school morning on intersection of E Ibis Street / S Rock Rd right next to the NO PARKING Sign, every day for past week and a half. I will attach photos of past few days to see car and license plate. Wish they would get a ticket or at least a notice so we don’t have all the crazy stuff going on again. Thank you
