    Large tree limbs have falling in and around the storm drain causeway behind my home. There is a large tree/limb approximately 30ft from the edge of the pipe. The pipe is not yet clogged, but these eventually cause a damning effect of water and debris at the entrance to the piping. Please remove and clear the causeway.

    Street light in front of my home turns on, then randomly flickers, then turns off and on throughout the night. This has been going on for about 1 month.

    #1 Large tree debris is collecting at the mouth of the storm drain going under Harshaw. Debris needs to be picked up, taken away before more storms bring in more debris which could cause the damning up of the stormdrain.
    #2 Directly across the creek is a large tree that looks to have severed off of its trunk, and is slightly leaning onto another set of trees that has the potential to fall onto our back neighbors yard, fence, or home. Tree needs to be removed.

    A recent issue address in VBWorks number 4495854, was closed as being resolved. The blockage to the pipe entrance behind my house, along Harshaw has the same debris and much more now than when originally reported. If the City is unable to remove debris, local neighbors may be able to get in there and try to remove all of the continuous debris that is starting to dam up the pipe.

    Concrete sidewalks at corner and along Picasso Dr & Harshaw are fragmenting, crumbling and causing hazardous conditions for pedestrians who run, walk or operate wheeled vehicles (skateboards, bikes and strollers) on or around it. The concrete itself is disintegrating, causing small and large rocks and chunks of concrete, which has caused tripping, slipping and abrupt wheel stoppage for the men, women, children and pets that utilize this access. Please review and replace with new concrete sidewalks.

    Storm drain pipe behind our property along Harshaw, is being collectively blocked/damned up with large materials and debris. Please send a team out to remove debris to reduce chances of clogging during next major rain storm.

    Crews came out during last heavy rains a couple of weeks ago and tried to unclog storm drain. I found the distal end of pipe looks like it either caved in on itself or was broken up by the crew. There are large chunks of concrete piled up at the top of the drainage creek, and may inhibit water movement during the next rains. Also, the storm drain under Harshaw road behind our house is beginning to damn up again with large debris. Request to send a crew to evaluate, assess and repair as necessary.
