there are dead trees and shrubs in the common green area that runs between Stillmeadow and Berkshire. I paid $1200 to have a dead mulberry removed because I was afraid it may fall on my fence but aren't those trees and shrubs beyond our fences your responsibility and expense? I think so. You upped the fees to cover such expenses yet I paid for a tree that doesn't belong to me. There has never been removal of any dead trees or shrubs in greens and I have been here since 1983!
