    My neighbors continues to play his home theater loudly. You can feel and hear the vibrations. I tried recording with my iPhone but can barely be heard. In contrast that when you are in the bedroom you can hear it and feel it. How would I proceed with this ? And what is the Surfside noise policy ? Time wise and day of the week?
