    The ADA-accessible sidewalk along the MacArthur on-ramp is completely impassible. Anyone needing ADA assistance is forced to climb a hill in order to get over to Harrison. This is absolutely unacceptable and a federal offense. Time to clean this up and let our citizens pass with dignity through Oakland.
