Fire station 4. There appears to be a water leak from the right side shower in the men’s room. There is water damage to the Sheetrock and floor in the hallway that backs up to the shower. The mixing valve was replaced by PW about 2 months ago. Thanks

Fire. Station 1. The drain is backed up in the Duty Chiefs bathroom shower.

Fire station 1, downstairs officers shower fan not working.

Fire station 2. The grate to the small driveway. Has broken off the concrete lip. The frame work needs to be braced up. If left unattended will cause vehicle damage. Please repair or replace.

Fire station 2. The exhaust fan in the up front public restroom has a loud buzz sounds like a bearing going out. Please repair or replace.

Fire department admin building. There are several florescent lights out in the building, including in the womens bathroom. please replace.

Fire station 2 635 Pacific Ave. the fluorescent lights in the center of the apparatus room are out. The bulbs have been changed but remain out. Please repair replace

The shower head is cracked and leaking. The mixing valve is also stripped and won't turn the shower off.

The ventilation fan in the turnout room is not working.
