    Choptank Cove Ct Annapolis, Maryland, 21401 - Parole
    When the snow plow comes through to the end of Choptank Cove Ct, instead of following the AACO Plowing Snow in a Cul de Sac guidelines, which states the plow operator will follow the outer edge of the circular area pushing the show to the middle, instead they come straight in and pile the snow across the two driveways as shown on the attached photo. They then go about pushing the rest of the snow around open areas along the curb, but they leave that snow berm across the two driveways. There is no reason for them to do this. There are no cars parked on the public right of way, and so there is plenty of room along the curb all around the circle to push the snow. Please instruct your plow contractor(s) to stop trapping us needlessly in our driveways when there is plenty of space, and no impediments like cars, basketball goals, etc, to actually follow the established guidelines.

    Please fix the timing on the stop light at General's Hwy and Epping Forest Rd. Lately the wait for a green light from Epping Forest Rd has taken 5 minutes or longer. It gets frustrating when no traffic is passing either way on General's Hwy for long stretches, yet the light doesn't change.

    On the inner lane of the circle on Housley Rd there is an asphalt patch that is slowly but surely getting deeper and deeper. It cause cars to bounce when they hit it, which can be dangerous when the road is wet or slippery.

    Where Housley Rd meets General's Hwy, very deep and wide...and getting deeper and wider...potholes need to be filled. Even in my truck, the impact of the wheels hitting the potholes is jarring. I can't imagine a motorcycle hitting them and not crashing. The intersection is already bad enough because Housley Rd slopes down to meet General's Hwy, the transition bounces cars enough to cause cutting-edge...The addition of the potholes, which span the entire width if the two lanes that proceed strait onto Bestgate Rd, makes that hazard far worse.

    There is a black Volkswagen sedan parked on the side of General's Highway roughly across the street from the Annapolis Bowling parking lot. It's been there for several days. When it is dark out, it is very difficult to see, and it is very close to the south-bound travel lane and completely blocking the shoulder/bike lane.

    On Bestgate Road, heading towards Annapolis, where the entrance ramp to Hwy 50 Westbound starts, there is a double pothole. The potholes are where the right through lane was patched some time ago. Chunks of the patch have come out, and the holes are getting wider and deeper every day.

    Turning left from Housley Rd onto northbound General's Hwy, unless the first car in line in precisely on the right spot, the left turn light will stay red. This is happening more and more frequently, so something must be wrong with the sensor. It is dangerous because frustrated drivers will either then turn left on the red arrow or go straight through and do a u-turn and the first light by the mall. And as of the past few days, if the green arrow does come on, if there is any delay in the line of cars moving, the light will quickly turn back to red.
