    The owners of this house have continued to drain water onto their driveway which then meanders across both travel lanes of Cecil Ave S for years throughout the seasons. This has continued to lead to multiple problems that impact taxpayers:
    1. It is against County Law to discharge water from sump pump or other source onto the street like this
    2. During the Winter, this water freezes causing a road hazard. The water wets the road all the way down the road to Churchview where it also pools on Cecil and Church View both
    3. It is a "Nuisance" as many of us wash our cars and then need to travel this road to get out to Route 3 especially since the Saint Stephens Church Road crossover is closed.
    4. Overall, this is just negligent behavior from a household that feels they are above their neighbors

    At least one of the owners is very rude when approached indicating the person should mind their own business. Well this is taxpayers and citizens of AACO and MD buisness imo.

    Shelby Dale Lane up to the court did not have their recycling bins emptied today on 3/3/23. At approximately 2:00 I called to report well before the end of the day. A supervisor was to come out. While a Supervisor may have come out, no recycling was picked up. No notices of problems were put on the bins. Will they be picked up on Saturday. I pulled mine in due to rain and wind. I will put back out on Saturday morning early.

    Primarily in lanes 2 and especially 3.

    Absolutely ridiculous that an Interstate as well travelled and important as 97 is in this condition.

    Where are we in Philadelphia? PA? Ohio? Detroit?

    I have reported this a number of times to no avail.

    Get "Brown" out here to take responsbility since he takes credit for "fixing" 295:

    The only way to avoid potholes in this area is to cross two solid white lines. No visiblity to do so.

    Result is that our cars are getting beat up in the front suspension and costing us taxpayers $.

    - Takes credit for "fixing"295" in his recent political flyer
    - Does not respond to requests to his office regarding roadways
    - Does not take responsibility for roadways in his district

    To drive along this and a number of roads around NSA.

    It is ridiculous that the only smooth roadway on this ramp is the shoulder.

    When is the County going to be effective in working with the state to improve this area of 450?

    Absolutely ridiculous. Our elected officials (Local, County and State) should be embarressed and:
    - If they are taking any credit for work done
    - Then take responsbility for no action taken

    This road is apparently the 2nd most closed road in the state

    Just before the big dip that has been there for years and the County has some long term plan to repair this area...:
    - There is a new pothole.

    Drivers now play "Find the smooth pavement" in this area crossing solid yellow lines.

    This road is the #2 closed road in the state.

    Absolutely an embarrassment representation of our tax money not at work and the lack of focus and action by our county and state representatives we are paying salaries, travel and living expenses for.

    When is the county going to repair this part of Cecil. Numerous notifications have been reported and acknowledged. I was told that they were going to repave this area over the summer. Was happy to see equipment down toward the pool area towards Severn Chapel. Guess what???
    They resurfaced areas that were not nearly as bad as the two areas up towards the church.
    Absolutely ridiculous.
    Many people drive on the opposite side of the road to avoid these cuasing a dangerous situation.

    Now that it is cold... Forget it. We will be lucky to have resurfacing done next spring exactly one year after the pothole reports started.

    Abosulutely not acceptable. Where are our tax funds going???

    BOTH sides of the bridge have a sharp ledge that is again beginning to damage wheels upon crossing at speeds over 30MPH.

    Falling Tree! On the south side of the roadway - leaning fully across the road to the north side of the road. I have been watching this tree slowly fall this year and it now could fall at any time! The roots are pulling up.

    Technically this is the worst of three trees that are falling. This one is around the curves just NW of Penderbrooke Drive. There are two trees towards Severn Chapel that have been leaning over as time progresses through this very wet year.
