    hI have seen the driver of this vehicle drive East on the sidewalk and/or the bike lane and on N St towards 17th St. Today he drove on the sidewalk until he reached the driveway at Cobalt CU, the went east on N, until he turned north on 17th. Not sure what can be done, but seriously. Driving on the sidewalk?

    Landscaping between N St and the bike path is excessively overwatered, to the point water flows over the edging onto the bike path. This pic is at 14th & N, but I've noticed overwatering at several of the landscaped areas downtown.

    Grated cover was off of the sewer line access in Antelope Park. The inside of the tunnel had graffiti on it. I put the cover back on, but this could be a hazard if someone fell into it, or just climbed down to play.
