    The Public Works Contractors working on the corner of Chapman and Belden Streets have run over the portion of lawn between the sidewalk and the street over and over.     This truck has been on this block for a week now. It was obviously disabled, and my visitors see it when they drive down Belden Street. It is a blight on the neighborhood, One of the wheels is broken, and the car is leaning at a precarious angle. See photographs.

    There are several ATCs and also small motorcycles running rampant on Linden, Chapman and Belden. We were nearly run-over by an ATC on the sidewalk - they drive on the sidewalk to avoid traffic.
