There is a tree at 12 Battery that covers the sidewalk on 2nd st. Anyone over 4 ft has to duck or move to the edge of the sidewalk. tree needs to be cut back for safety.

about few feet from the corner of cherry st and 2nd st is a tree with branches that hang down and make you bend over to pass. Worse with rain or snow.

House has vegetation that takes over the sidewalk and pushes you into the street. not able to pass on the sidewalk if you have a dog, stroller or carrying anything.

Wanted to confirm that dogs are not allowed, on or off leash, in the common burial grounds. Always people in there with dogs running off leash doing their business everywhere. Never see the police patrol it and the ordinances say you can’t do that there. Either enforce it or take it off the books.

When you turn onto 3rd st from battery street, you are not able to see past the corner to stop for traffic. you have to get halfway onto incoming traffic to see. Need the bushes trimmed or a mirror put in to keep the street safe.

There are still a ton of the plastic barriers still either in the water, semi-attached to the metal and wall, or on the pier. The construction looks like it has stopped for a long while but is still there and doesn’t look like anyone is coming to fix it, clean it up or finish the project.
