    Green right turn arrow from East bound (200n) to south bound (Main Street) is the same time as the green left turn arrow north bound (Main Street) to west bound (200 North). Seems reasonable on the surface but the north bound left turn is also a popular U-turn location and the turn is such that a u-turn goes into the south bound right lane The problem is now sometimes we have two vehicles with green arrows turning into the same lane
