    Note that I originally sent this to Pittsfield Township on Monday, January 22 and was just directed here today. I have not been in the area to confirm whether this is still an issue at this time.

    Traffic signal timings incorrect at Ann Arbor-Saline Rd x Waters Rd. Shortly before 5 PM [Monday] I encountered the traffic signal green time was consistently much shorter than normal while trying to turn left from Waters Rd. onto Ann Arbor-Saline Rd. Left turn lane traffic was backed up from that intersection to Oak Valley Dr. and into the Target parking lot. The light was only letting 3-4 cars through at a time.

    There is a sinkhole forming in the road. A small hole in the la event opens up to a larger hole underneath, at least a foot in diameter and between six inches and one foot deep. I am concerned this hole will soon become larger.

    The crossing signal in question is nearest to the Renaissance Center main entrance. On Thursday (8/2) while waiting to cross the street, we encountered a condition in which the crossing signal changed to "walk" but the traffic light remained green. In other words, the crossing signal indicated it was safe to walk when it was not.

    Additionally, the phone number listed for this type of report does not appear to be functioning.

    The indicator pad for blind pedestrians has lifted out of the sidewalk. This poses a significant trip hazard, especially to the blind.
