There's a sinkhole or dip, 3-feet in diameter that has appeared in front of 216 Chimney Oak Drive, in the grass next to the fire hydrant. In addition, there's cracking that has formed from directly in front of the hydrant and behind it on the sidewalk. This has increased in width and has now spread across the entire street.
