Traffic Signal ArchivedGilbert Rd Natick 01760, United States - NatickThe Traffic signal isn’t cycling properly at night when you’re exiting Franconia Avenue (I realize the map says Gilbert Road but the street sign says Franconia Ave.) onto Main Street. I’ve sat at the red light (between the hours of 6-7pm) for a minimum of 3 minutes with no cars coming in either direction on Main Street. This even happens when there are cars exiting from the right lane of Kansas Street onto Main Street. I was even stopped at the red light on Franconia Ave. one time when someone pressed the walk signal and after the person crossed the street the Main Street traffic went back to green immediately after. This doesn’t happen during the daytime.

1-29 Franconia Ave Natick, MA, 01760, USA - Natick
Since this summer the residents of Franconia Ave. have received multiple letters from the Natick DPW stating that the contractor working for the DPW, P.J. Keating would be installing a new street and sidewalks. The last letter received was dated 10/10/19 and the street has been paved but our driveways are still far below the grade of the street. The sidewalks were never completed and there’s a pile of curb stones blocking the sidewalk across the street of 28 Franconia Ave.
With winter and snow fast approaching this poses a major safety problem for plows, snowblowers and just walking in general since you can’t tell where the drop off is underfoot. I’ve tried calling the Town Engineering Division's phone number that’s advised on the DPW letter and it always goes to voicemail. I have even called the contractor, P.J. Keating but have only received a lot of empty promises. When will this project be done? Thank you.

Traffic Signal Archived3 Main Street Natick, Massachusetts - NatickWhen traveling on Route 27 South and wanting to make a left turn onto 135 East at the Route 27/135 intersection the Left Green Arrow no longer signals during every traffic signal cycle. I've noticed this started happening in February where you're lined up in the left lane at the stop light to take a left turn and the left green arrow that normally appears for the left lane traffic doesn't. Only the normal green light for traffic in both directions appears. Sometimes it takes two complete traffic signal cycles for the Left Turn Green Arrow to reappear. It never did that before. It doesn't matter what time of day either be it morning, noon or night or how many cars are lined up in the left turn lane. What's going on?
