    street light #7017 is out of service for the last 3 days. the street light tends to have outage periods off and on but not for as long as this time. this is a clear problem. This problem has been reported multiple times over the past year or so. Doesn't seem to ever get fixed.

    The street light in front of 415 Larkspur drive, JOPPATOWNE MD. Light #7017 is not functioning properly: sometimes it doesn't come on at night. We noticed that it malfunctions mostly after rain or windy days. We have complained about this same issue awhile back. It appeared that it was repaired at that time and seemed to be ok for a while but in the last few months we often have no light.

    street light has burned out. street light pole isn't steady particularly on windy days. top of the light constantly rattles. light pole number as best as we can surmise is 175 W-F. please help.
