    205 Marie has over grown shrub's and trees that obstruct mine and my neighbors view of pedestrian traffic and has allowed enough cover and concealment for people to dump trash and dead animals. recently we've found more bottles of urine and used enema bottles littering the city R.O.W. please advise

    the over grown lot at 205 Paschall has allowed for perfect cover and concealment to illegally dump trash and recently dead animals. we have medication, animals that appear to have been shot through the head and signs of abuse or dog fighting, and we are starting to find water bottles filled with urine as well as used enema bottles. We've been told that this would be cleared up earlier this week but we still haven't seen any action from COH Service# 2992998. we need animals removed and tree/shrub's trimmed to improve visibility and public safety. Council member cisneros has been notified as has Jack Valinski. 4 dogs have showed up between 12th and 16th of April 2018. per 311 we moved 2 animals to the dead end of Marie and Paschall but the smell is penetrating our homes and preventing us from enjoying the beautiful weather in our yard because of the horrendous odor of decomp. please advise! 281-637-6273 John Guajardo
